This morning at 7:07am our Datacenter provider, OVH, experienced a major service outage which affected the network connectivity to all its hosted services.
At 9:39am connectivity was restored and we have confirmed that all services continued to run in this period and no customer data was lost. The outage was limited to network connectivity.
Orders can now be processed on the system as normal, and we are advising all of our customers who have manually taken orders to input these into the system ahead of lunch break. This will mean meal collection can operate normally.
