To allow accounts to connect to their online payment provider they must be set online. Most accounts are automatically set online as they are synced over. Occasionally some accounts will not be automatically set online and therefore must be manually set online in order to connect to the online payment provider.
To know if the an account is set to online you must look at their online column in the FasTrak Admin "People" section. If their online status says "No" they will need manually setting online. If their status says "Yes" they are online and connecting to the online payment provider. If their status is stuck on "Linking" there may be issues with the account causing the online payment link to fail. To Manually set an account online or offline you can highlight the selected account and click either the "Set Online On" or "Set Online Off" button as shown below:
